We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our team in a busy medium-to heavy duty truck service and upfitting business. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can balance strong technical skills with effective team management.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow
• Supervise and support technicians, providing guidance, training and quality control
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with company and industry regulations
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and job status
• Monday – Friday 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm + overtime

Qualifications :

Knowledge of P.T.O. & hydraulic systems, air compressors (Van Air brand is a plus), mobile truck cranes 3K-10K lbs.
