DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Therapeutic Activities Aide, you will conduct planned activity sessions and help residents achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, and social abilities. You will develop programs, conduct individual or group sessions, and o bserve behavior to identify participant strengths and needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to c reate a safe and welcoming atmosphere that encourages resident participation. In addition, you will order activity supplies and help escort residents to events.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Work hours are 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch. You will have Sunday and Monday off.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
