Overview

Founding Account Executive – Corporate Partnerships at Perfect Venue. This is the first Corporate Partnerships Account Executive role, focused on helping people find the perfect venue for their next event. The position blends sales, event planning, and customer success and is based in our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Event Planner Bookings : Reach out to new potential clients to introduce Perfect Venue to book venues; drive repeat business by building strong relationships with existing clients; create and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and new business to the marketplace (e.g., events for event planners, social media).
  • Event Planner Success : Manage inbound inquiries and guide prospective clients through the booking process; support clients in planning and executing events to ensure a seamless experience; collaborate with venues to confirm details and resolve challenges; build strong relationships with event planners to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role (event sales experience at a DMC, incentive travel company, corporate catering sales role like Zerocater, etc. is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for marketing and client experience.
  • Passion for events, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
  • About Us

    Private events and catering can significantly increase restaurant and event space revenue, but many venues are stuck using outdated, error-prone manual processes. Perfect Venue is leveling the playing field by offering local restaurants and venues an affordable, user-friendly, event management tool to help them compete with big chains. This is just the start, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace that includes other event services (DJs, florists, etc).

    Location & Role Details

    This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco Office.
