Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Manager Of Project Management 2 based out of the Redondo Beach, CA location.
As a key leader, the Site Operations Project Manager will provide leadership in a high performing team and will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of critical projects within a portfolio that enable the successful execution of Construction Projects at Space Park. The qualified candidate will have demonstrated success leading a team within cost and schedule requirements of a project. The position requires a solution-based philosophy and the demonstrated ability to develop practical execution plans in a dynamic and complex environment. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of solving complex problems through systematic and objective evaluation of information and data resulting in effective communication, collaboration, and implementation of a strong operational foundation with a diverse set of internal and external customers and suppliers. Strong leadership characteristics are essential as this role implements strategies to meet or exceed cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This position requires the ability to report out at the Director level including status, planning, risks, opportunities, schedule, cost and execution. Collaboration with programs and functional leaders to develop and nurture a highly competent and engaged team that delivers on commitments and embodies "best culture" is essential.

Primary Level Salary Range : $142,200.00 - $213,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
