THE JOB :

As a Fountain Worker at Patisserie in Aria Resort & Casino , you'll play a key role in shaping a memorable guest experience with your friendly smile and attentive service. By engaging with guests and understanding their unique stories and needs, you'll create unforgettable WOW moments that they will remember long after their visit. Join us in making each interaction special and impactful!

THE STARTING RATE : $16.7106 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and / or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
