Licensed Physical Therapist needed for early intervention in the San Fernando Valley region for play based therapy. Immediate start with room to grow and lots of flexibility! Scheduling flexible. Work with a small, growing business that is passionate about client-centered care and making a positive impact! Services provided in the most natural environment; typically in home, in the community, in daycare or with tele-therapy options.

Looking for a positive and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to support and provide services to children from birth to 3 years . Provide client centered services to children and their caregivers to maximize independence in everyday routines by addressing areas of mobility, including activities of daily living, instrumental activities of gross motor, fine motor and social participation all through play!

A successful candidate will be client-centered with the ability to adapt the environment for growth, development, and independence. Support children's development through some of the most critical years of development!

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a variety of settings such as outpatient clinics, acute care, geriatrics, and orthopedics.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of trigger point therapy, hospital medicine, and acute care is preferred.

Duties :

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

(Ongoing clients) Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain.

Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and preventive care strategies.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
