Qualifications
Required
ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent heavy industrial experience (maintenance, reliability, or operations).5+ years of reliability engineering practice.Master-level proficiency with predictive technologies and strong machine health monitoring skills.RCA expertise; demonstrated strength with RCM and FMEA.Ability to execute cause-and-effect diagrams, root cause failure analysis, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis.Vibration I and Infrared I certifications.Proven coaching in Work Execution Management (WEM).Advanced mechanical and / or electrical systems knowledge.Proficiency with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office; strong reporting and technical writing.Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation; collaborative relationship-builder.Preferred
