Premier Physician Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a dedicated team in Groveton, New Hampshire. This is your chance to practice meaningful medicine in a close-knit rural community where your work truly matters.
Position Snapshot
Type : Permanent, Full-Time
Location : Groveton, NH rural community hospital
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week)
Start Date : ASAP
Call : Day call rotation, phone-based, once every 20 weeks
Patient Population : All ages or adults, depending on specialty

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care : exams, diagnostics, treatment plans
Manage chronic conditions and acute care follow-ups
Deliver preventive services : screenings, immunizations, wellness checks
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term health goals
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with clinic policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible (per WMC bylaws)
ACLS & BLS certified via American Heart Association
