The Commercial Superintendent will : \n

\n

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and schedules.

\n

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines.
  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • \n

  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management.
  • \n

  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
  • \n

  • Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and client expectations.
  • \n

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Document progress and prepare detailed reports for internal and external use.
  • \n \n
