About Us

We are a new and growing ABA therapy practice serving families across Missouri. We provide in-home, school-based, and telehealth ABA services for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. At Bright Arch, we are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality, and evidence-based care that creates meaningful change in the lives of our clients and their families.

We’re looking for an experienced, mission-driven Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations, shape company culture, and build a best-in-class clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical oversight for all ABA programs across settings
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff
• Oversee treatment plan development, fidelity, and clinical outcomes
• Conduct case reviews and ensure clinical documentation meets standards
• Lead hiring, training, and ongoing development of the clinical team
• Ensure compliance with BACB, Missouri state licensing, and payer guidelines
• Partner with families, schools, and leadership to ensure holistic support
• Play a strategic role in shaping the growth and quality of our clinical services
