Maintenance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations for a rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and inspections for single-family homes

Manage relationships with third-party contractors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency

Oversee inspections and emergency responses, ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of maintenance or facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong working knowledge of residential repairs and maintenance

Proficient in property management or work order systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suites

Experience in residential trades is a plus

Availability during standard business hours and for weekend emergencies
