What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, age-appropriate care to critically ill patients
- Monitor complex conditions and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
- Educate and support patients and families through difficult transitions
- Document care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)License : Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)Certifications :
BLS (required)ACLS (required within 90 days for experienced RNs, 6 months for new grads)CCRN preferredExperience :
