Our client in Cook County, IL, is in need of Locum Family Practice Physicians for an ongoing assignment!

Job details :

• Start 08 / 05 / 2024 ongoing for 6 months
• All outpatient
• Coverage :
• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 : 30am 8 : 00pm
• Tuesday and Friday 8 : 30 5pm
• Saturday 8 : 30 1 : 00pm
• Candidate will only be required to work 40 hours within the week and one Saturday a month
• PPD : 24 -26 patients
• Ages 0 - 99
• EMR : Athena
