Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. This role will play a key part in shaping security strategy, designing enterprise-class security solutions, and assisting with implementation across cloud and on-premises environments. The Senior Security Engineer will collaborate with IT, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure that security is embedded into technology initiatives from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to define and refine enterprise security strategy aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a technical advisor and solution architect, designing security solutions across network, endpoint, cloud, identity, and application layers.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of security technologies, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with security best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new security tools, platforms, and services to improve the organization's security posture.
• Translate security requirements into technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure secure system and application deployments.
• Provide expertise in incident response, threat modeling, and risk mitigation as needed.
• Assist with developing and maintaining security standards, policies, and reference architecture.
• Mentor junior security staff and contribute to a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

The expected salary range for this role is $100,200-$135,000 / year.
