Strategic Sourcing Manager - Wheels & Kitting

Collaberates with suppliers for assigned items, supplies, and / or materials for assigned group or platform.

Analyze and evaluate external price trends and new product offerings to reduce overall purchasing costs.

Collaborates with suppliers to assure the quality of their products, materials, components and / or operations and develops supply recommendations.

Ensures suppliers can meet forecasted demand.

Coordinate efforts in the reduction of purchasing / engineering costs and establishing cost for new products.

Participate in design and / or technical reviews for wheels and kitting components.

Select, recommend and manage relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

The annual salary for this role is USD $85,000 - $124,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
