Our client, a leading organization in legal and compliance services, is seeking a Legal Consultant - II to join their team. As a Legal Consultant - II, you will be part of the Court Order Compliance group supporting legal process management and high-volume data entry operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, aligning successfully within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What's the Job?

• Perform data entry of legal processes into workflow management systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle high call volumes, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Verify, compile, and review source data for completeness and correctness.
• Identify and resolve data deficiencies or errors, escalating issues when necessary.
• Work independently, utilizing sound judgment and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines.
