Description :

This position is 100% onsite in either Chattanooga or Knoxville - Tennessee.

We need US Citizen (or) Green Card Holder for this project with Tier # 1 & 2 Background Security Clearance

7-8 years of experience in SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.

Configure and integrate organizational structures, position management, job requisition processes, and employee self-service features within SAP HR modules.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with finance and HR controls (link removed)>

Support ongoing administration : manage user roles, data synchronization, and master data activities across HR and Concur platforms.

Conduct workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders across both HR and expense management processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during upgrades or system enhancements.

Collaborate across IT, HR, and finance to ensure seamless integrations, data consistency, and process compliance.

Document configurations, business processes, and test cases for audit and continuous improvement purposes.

Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets related to the SAP HR + Concur module
