Pediatrics Physician

Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a board certified / board eligible Pediatrician to join a new multispecialty practice located in The Villages, Florida at Middleton opening in 2026. This new practice will provide needed access to families in the area who are currently traveling long distances for Pediatric Primary Care. The ideal candidate will be / have :

• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
• Board Certification in Pediatrics (or Board Eligibility if less than 3 years out of training)
• Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and / or PA-C)
• Prior experience with opening and growing a new office

Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to : circumcisions, vaccinations per AAP guidelines, CLIA waived labs
