REQUIRED : 1.5+ years continuous experience in specialty (unless otherwise stated in JD, or for LVN / MA jobs). No breaks going to other units, unless floating, or unless submitting for a position that is at or below skillset AND can demonstrate1.5+ years experience working with the same ratios as the posted position.
