Curriculum Developer

A company is looking for a Curriculum Developer, Falcon Complete (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and improvements of training programs based on leadership agreements

Design and develop engaging educational materials and programs for new hires and existing employees

Track project activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience

Experience creating training materials on technical topics for diverse audiences

Knowledge of incident handling and SOC environment experience

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and content creation platforms

Experience using video editing software for training content development
