We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.?

Join our close-knit team of eight physicians and five advanced practice clinicians at Canyon Vista Medical Center.

Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians who bring a variety of geographic, educational, and training backgrounds to our team. Our nurse practitioners practice to the top of their scope, with support from attending physicians when needed.

Teamwork is at the heart of our culture, with colleagues always ready to lend a hand during procedures or shift changes.

Many team members actively participate in hospital committees, such as the medical executive committee, and lead initiatives to improve patient care and update order sets.

Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling :

~12 hour nocturnist shifts

~ We’re always there to support each other when covering shifts.

~ Full-time nocturnist employment is 120 hours per month.

Provide care in a smaller, community-based hospital with a level III trauma designation.

Work within a multidisciplinary environment supported by 24 / 7 specialty coverage, including cardiology with a cath lab, general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics with spine care, neurology (with telestroke support), psychiatry (with an on-site inpatient behavioral health unit), oncology, and nephrology with dialysis capabilities in the ICU.

Due to nearby Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista has a significant military and veteran population. It is renowned for its friendly and welcoming community and is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.
