Recent home health, infusion, or hospice strongly preferred per role. 1 year of experience in Medicare certified facility ADN

UNC is in search of experienced RNs to join their Home Health team in Chapel Hill and Raleigh, NC!
Locations :
- UNC Chapel Hill or UNC Rex
- Covers a 45 mile radius including Orange, Alamanoe, Chatham, Durham, Wake, and Johnston

Responsibilities : Coordinate and deliver patient care in home health setting within 45 miles of "home base". Responsibilities may vary by role.
