Milestone Cabinetry is a kitchen and bath cabinet wholesaler based in Orlando, Florida, that provides great products for contractors, stores, builders, and remodelers. Our product has a purpose to expand and express your possibilities, but not your budget.
Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional order process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
Process customer orders received via email and online portals
Accurately log and track orders using Trello
Coordinate with other departments through Slack
Schedule freight shipments and coordinate with shipping companies
Provide timely updates to customers on their orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential clients
Communicate with sister locations to check product availability
Welcome walk-in customers and showcase our cabinet showroom
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience using Trello, Slack, and email platforms preferred
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Cabinet industry experience is a plus, but not required
Spanish speaker preferred, but not required
Schedule :
Monday – Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
