ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure coverage of authorized services for Community Programs participants.
- Schedule and update shift assignments in the EVV system for Direct Care Workers and Community Partners according to authorization from payers.
- Respond to Direct Care Workers’ and Community Partners’ call offs, schedule changes, and other needs.
- Fill open shifts with alternate Direct Care Workers and Community Partners.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates promptly to staff and supervisors.
- Consistently monitor and complete all tasks related to EVV system to ensure accurate information for billing of services provided.
- Maintain agency’s EVV system, update as needed.
- Configure new EVV features Generate and distribute EVV reports such as participants not being served or underserviced; staff compliance; clock ins / outs; etc. to appropriate stakeholders as needed Monitor EVV homepage and notifications from provider.
- Professionally communicate with agency staff Communicate with agency directors, supervisors, and coordinators regarding any EVV system issues Work directly with Information Technology Department to optimize EVV system to best fit agency needs Provide technical support to staff on responsibilities relating to EVV system Conduct and attend EVV trainings as necessary to ensure agency’s overall compliance and success Provide back-up care, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in human services or related field preferred.One (1) year of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or administrative support (non-profit or healthcare preferred).Experience using scheduling or data management systems (EVV system experience preferred).Must be at minimum 18 years old.REQUIRED SKILLS :
Positive and effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Strong attention to accuracy and detail.Experience with MS Office.OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS :
