Iowa Licensed Provider Credentialing Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing in an urgent care / primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Enroll providers with necessary payors and manage credentialing processes

Coordinate with billing to address non-compliant claims and maintain provider information

Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure compliance with licensing and certification renewals

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree preferred

Certified Professional Biller or Certified Professional Coder preferred

2+ years of experience in a medical office with claims, billing, insurance, and medical records

2 years of credentialing experience required

Working knowledge of healthcare insurance rules and RHC credentialing guidelines
