What You Will Do

We are seeking an accomplished and motivated professional with demonstrated expertise in people, processes, and technology within a modern digital workplace. The successful candidate will have a robust background in program and project management, outstanding communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise technologies.

As the Technology Services Manager, you will apply your knowledge of productivity applications to oversee IT programs and projects, ensuring the effective communication of complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Collaborating with product owners, engineers, and other technical team members to coordinate feature objectives and achieve key deliverables.
  • Overseeing prioritized programs aimed at enhancing platform security and promoting consistent governance across technology platforms.
  • Partnering with internal and external business stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for prioritized initiatives.
  • Leading change management projects, including the development and execution of change management strategies and communications plans.
  • Working cross-functionally to implement an AI enabled change management and communications self-service model across our organization.
  • Creating user stories, strategic documentation, and other critical technical materials.
  • Participating in agile teams to support sprint and program increment planning and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing enterprise productivity apps (e.g., M365 SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Miro, Asana, Trello).
  • 5+ years experience with agile practices and tools like Jira and Jira Align (Agile Certification a plus) and delivering agile projects on time in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in enterprise change management, communications, and end-user training. (PROSCI certification preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • Skilled in problem-solving for complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Strategic planning abilities for end-to-end project / program management.
  • Proficient in technical writing.
