Florida Licensed Mortgage Underwriter

A company is looking for a Mortgage Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Process loan applications for securities-based lending, including customer identity verification and document management

Review loan applications and associated documentation from loan analysts before signing off on approvals

Maintain organized client folders and manage a loan pipeline of at least 30 loans

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of mortgage underwriting experience

At least 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience

Experience managing a loan pipeline of at least 30 loans

Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
