StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 12;On Call Pay Rate : $266.75 - $288.75

This facility is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Onsite 7am to 7pm, call 7pm to 7am

Practice Setting : Inpatient

Type of cases and required procedures : Consults include stroke, seizure, EEG interpretation and reading along with other Neurological conditions. APP supervision.

Credentialing timeframe : 45-60 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Patient Keeper and Meditech

Certifications required : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licensure required : Must have active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), must have active South Carolina Board Certation, must have active Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
