A company is looking for a Live Chat Support Agent to join their remote support team.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat

Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and escalate complex cases as needed

Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system

Requirements :
