A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Collect outstanding balances for specific payors to ensure maximum reimbursement

Process appeals, correct claims, research credit balances, and make necessary adjustments

Interact with payers and management to ensure timely collections of accounts

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

1+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle

Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems

Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
