The Dome is seeking Temporary Game Day Usher & Ticket Takers staff to work on an as needed basis for events in the - academic (June through May ) season. Now is your chance to join a passionate, dedicated, service-oriented team of people who make each event memorable for our Dome guests. Our Event Staff play a critical role in the success of our events. As a member of the Dome Event Staff Team, you will be part of Syracuse University Football & Basketball games, Special Events such as Major Concerts, Monster Jam and many more. You will also have the opportunity to return year after year, as many of our team members have been with the Dome for over 43 years.

• The right candidate is outgoing, polite, friendly, assertive, and detail oriented.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Willing and able to actively engage Guests in difficult, high-pressure situations while remaining calm and professional.

Skills and Knowledge

Responsibilities Open positions include the following :

Ushers :

Aid in the direction of orderly evacuation of the building if required.

Ticket Takers :

Aid in the direction of orderly evacuation of the building if required.
