Brief Summary of Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Personal Care:

Teach, supervise, and direct individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living activities.
Assist with feeding, clothing, toileting, and other hygiene needs.
Assist in providing self-care training in areas such as cooking, housekeeping, lifting, or hygienic practices.
Administer medications as ordered and document the delivery of each.
Transport individuals in a personal vehicle on scheduled outings and activities to promote community inclusion.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Personal Care Requirements:

Valid OH Driver's License & Auto Insurance (for DSP 2, Floater & PRN)
HS Diploma or GED
Reliable Transportation (for DSP 2, Floater & PRN)
CPR / 1st Aid / Med Admin / AED

DSP 1 - Full and Part Time:

This position is for individuals without a personal vehicle
- No driver's license required
- MUST HAVE: Diploma or G.E.D.
- 3rd Shift availability (ONLY)
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

DSP 2 (and PRN) = Must have:

• MUST Your own personal vehicle
  - Ohio Driver's License (cannot have more than 4 points on license)
  - Valid vehicle Insurance
  - MUST HAVE: Diploma or G.E.D.
  - Full-time or Part-time available
  - Able to create a custom schedule
  - Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

DSP Floater =

Shifts to work are either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
- MUST be available to work between the hours of 7:00am-11:00pm
- Various Homes throughout Franklin County
- MUST HAVE: Your own personal vehicle
- Ohio Driver's License (5 Points or more on license = not eligible)
- Valid vehicle Insurance
- MUST HAVE: Diploma or G.E.D.
- MUST HAVE NO LESS THAN 2 YEARS OF DSP EXPERIENCE
- Pay Rate $19.50 per hour

• Goodwill Columbus' Headquarters are located at 671 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio, south of the downtown area, however, the locations for the roles are throughout Columbus Ohio, North, South, East, and West. We have full and part-time positions. Weekends and PRN.

Will you agree to do all 3 of these if you are offered the position?

Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
