About the Role & Team

The Program Manager Human Resources will be responsible for designing, launching, and executing strategic HR programs across PENN Interactive (our digital brands). This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, engage stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes in areas such as talent development, talent management, talent attraction, DEI, and employee engagement.

About the Work

• Program Strategy & Execution
• Design and implement HR programs that support our business goals (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, performance management, & DEI).
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
• Monitor program performance and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with HRBPs, HR COEs, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment and integration of HR programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and communication throughout program lifecycles.
• Change Management & Communication
• Lead change management efforts for new HR initiatives.
• Create and deliver clear, engaging communications to drive program adoption and success.
• Data & Reporting
• Track program KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
• Use program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

About You

What We Offer

Salary Range $64,000 - $83,000 USD

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
