Marketing Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Menifee, CA, is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a team member for

Josh Terraneau - State Farm Agent , you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities :

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive :

Hourly pay plus commission / bonus

Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the agency

Requirements :

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skillswritten, verbal, and listening

Organizational skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to multi-task

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete any licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation : $35,000+
