The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting top talent in line with regional business needs and OPmobility requirements.
Activities :
Attract and recruit diverse and talented candidates across business groups within the USA & Canada region :
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategy :
- In line with Region Talent Acquisition Manager & Group Talent Acquisition Director, decide on recruitments to be managed internally or outsourced
- Evaluate and explore trainees / apprentices / VIE pipeline
- Build an external potential candidate pipeline
- Proactively source candidates using different tools to build an external potential candidate pipeline
- Ensure application reviews on SuccessFactors (OPteam)
- Interview, select and present short list of candidates
- Maintain candidate and position data
- Integrate D&I strategy into TA tools, processes and methodologies to ensure TA is playing a proactive role in driving forward OPmobility's diversity agenda
- With the direction of the Region Talent Acquisition Manager, develop local HR and managers on recruiting skills so as to hire candidates in line with OPmobility expectations
- Participate in continuous improvement of TA model School-related activities :
- Participate in regional school relation activities and partnerships
- Identify relevant universities and schools in line with PO strategy with the support of local HR team
- Build and maintain regional talent pipeline
- Support Intern talent pipeline for plant needs in partnership with universities and schools
- Promote OPmobility’s image on our career site, LinkedIn and other social media / job boards
- Explain and promote OPmobility employer branding to Local HR and Managers
- Continuous improvement of our communication with external candidates (job offer, acknowledgment of receipt of application, follow up, hiring, rejection…)
Competencies & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business field preferredAt least 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or automotive industryExperience in high-volume agency recruiting preferredExpertise in sourcing, interviews, and assessment with a focus on positive candidate experienceResults orientedProven negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOpen to multicultural / intercultural environmentTeam playerDetail orientedVery good command of the English languageMust be authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for sponsorship or transfer of Visa now or at any time in the futureAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
