Job description
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Support Manager to drive revenue cycle projects and optimize workflows during practice management transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects related to revenue cycle initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Influence revenue cycle operations across multiple clinical specialties and adapt strategies accordingly
Conduct comprehensive audits and develop educational resources to enhance practice operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle operations
Strong project management experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle domain
Demonstrated success in supporting multi-specialty practice transitions
