Schedule - 4 Day Work week
Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during procedures, anticipating needs for smooth workflowTake, develop, and mount high-quality X-rays and perform oral evaluationsComplete lab duties, including provisionals and case managementReview patient charts and document procedures accuratelyFollow OSHA and practice safety protocolsEducate patients on procedures, products, and services, addressing questions and concernsVerify patient health histories, medications, and maintain accurate documentationPrepare and clean operatories according to office procedures, sterilizing equipment per OSHA guidelinesAssist in scheduling follow-ups and managing lab cases efficientlySupport front office tasks when needed to maintain seamless operationsQualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assisting program preferredEFDA credential preferred but not requiredPrevious dental assisting experience preferredStrong organization and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate approach to patient careAdditional Requirements
