Job description

A company is looking for a Director, R&D Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the modernization of clinical trial software platforms, enhancing front-end and back-end systems

Define and execute R&D's technical strategy to improve speed, reliability, and scalability

Oversee multiple development teams focused on platform transformation, automation, and QA maturity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)

Minimum of 10 years of technical experience, including software engineering leadership

Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams in global environments

Strong background in full-stack development, cloud architecture (AWS preferred)

Experience in technology-driven or clinical software environments preferred
