Weβre seeking experienced Inside Sales closers (1+ years of phone-based sales) who thrive in a high-volume, CRM-driven environment. Youβll be managing inbound appointments, handling objections with confidence, and maintaining pristine CRM hygiene β no cold calls, but you must be comfortable dialing, following up, and moving deals forward with urgency.

- 1+ years of inside sales / phone closing experience β You have proven success managing daily call volume, pipeline, and CRM tasks in a structured sales environment
- CRM Discipline β You treat CRM as your playbook, with immaculate notes, tasks, and follow-ups
- Experience in automotive industry (sales) preferred
- Master of the fundamentals β Strong grasp of tonality, discovery, and objection handling
- Team-first mentality β Collaborative, supportive, and genuinely excited to build something great with others
- Empathetic closer β You build trust and rapport, not pressure. Emotionally intelligent with customers and teammates
- Self-motivated and coachable β Strong follow-through habits with eagerness to learn and grow
- Lightning-fast response β Available to respond to leads within 5 minutes during business hours
