Job descriptionLicense Reimbursement – Assistance with obtaining or renewing your Texas RN license. Referral Program – Bonuses for referring other clinicians. Weekly Pay – Timely payments every week. Provide direct care to critically ill patients with complex medical, surgical, or cardiac conditions. Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, and patient stability continuously. Administer medications, titrate IV drips, and perform advanced interventions safely. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, critical care procedures, and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ICU and facility standards. Promote patient safety and deliver evidence-based intensive care nursing. Active Texas RN license or eligibility. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
