Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our company's operations and drive strategic initiatives. The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of our organization's operations, from installs, to financing options, to customer experience, including business development, process improvement, and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in operations management stop be able to work well with the existing team, as well as continue to grow and lead additional staff and team mates as we grow into additional markets.

Role Responsibilities :

As Director of Operations, you'll be the mastermind behind our operational efficiency.

Strategic Leadership : Take the lead in streamlining processes and ensuring timely project completion, including finding and onboarding installers in strategic markets as we expand.

Operational Excellence : Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

Project Management : Own the operational timeline, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
