We are working with a progressive multi-billion dollar growing bank that is well respected and offers a great culture and environment. Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager with 5+ years of experience with a bank with over $500 million in assets; has CRCM and FLE preferred or obtained within one year of assuming the role. This individual will have eleven direct reports consisting of Risk, Fraud, Security, BSA, and Fair Banking. Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization and with regulators, expert knowledge of consumer compliance regulations.
