We're Hiring : Creative & Experienced Videographer for Leading Real Estate & Finance Channel

We're looking for a smart, hardworking, reliable, and wildly creative videographer with a strong background in storytelling, editing, and YouTube optimization.

Our YouTube channel has over 300,000 subscribers and continues to grow rapidly. We produce high-impact content on economic news real estate investing , and local Cleveland market trends . We aim to elevate our visuals, pacing, watch time, and engagement, turning each video into an event.

We are also one of Cleveland's largest billboard advertisers for our "We Buy Homes Cash" brand, which helps investors acquire distressed properties and convert them into affordable housing for veterans, seniors, and low-income families.

The Role Includes :

• Shooting and editing weekly YouTube content (current events, real estate before-and-afters, podcast interviews, and live call-in shows)
• Helping shape and evolve the visual style of the brand
• Capturing real estate projects from acquisition through renovation
• Filming occasional events and behind-the-scenes company moments
• Coordinating with our content team to meet publishing deadlines and optimize for watch time and retention
