Job description

This position is Hybrid and eligible for telework up to two (2) days a week, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed / required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) of the Plan Review and Field Oversight Support Unit (PRFOS), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) serves as the Registration Analyst; the position is responsible for the administration of construction project scheduling and program maintenance and development and updating of policies, procedures, and internal / external user manuals related to the Los Angeles Regional Office Project Submittal Registration Program (Registration Program) in accordance with established DSA office guidelines, DGS Core Values, and DSA Employee Expectations in order to ensure the compliance with DSA's policies and procedures in conjunction with Title 24, California Building Code (CBC).
