We're a developer-first integration platform with ~3,000 apps already on the marketplace and a small, senior team (~20 people). Our products power both an AI agent builder and an integrations offering used by engineering and go-to-market teams. We move quickly, ship continuously, and obsess over build quality for third-party connectors.

What Will You Do?
Lead the integrations backlog : Prioritize what gets built based on customer demand, partner input, and business value.Own partner approvals : Coordinate with external vendors to navigate certification and verification for new and updated connectors.Drive execution with contractors : Orchestrate external builder teams; ensure specs are clear, reviews are tight, and work gets over the finish line.Maintain integration health : Monitor / triage high-value apps; partner with engineering and sales to resolve issues quickly.Plan migrations : When APIs introduce breaking changes, define the plan, timelines, and comms, and lead the rollout.Explore AI acceleration : Pilot data / AI approaches that improve coverage, quality, and time-to-ship for connectors.What Will You Need?
Experience : 3 7 years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or early Product Management within SaaS / API environments.Technical fluency : Comfortable reading API docs, OAuth flows, event / webhook models; can reason through debugging steps (no coding test required).Partner-facing communication : Clear, credible with enterprise stakeholders; able to build trust quickly.Execution mindset : Organized, GSD energy, bias to clarity and momentum.Acceleration curiosity : You try new AI / automation tools and think about practical application to integration pipelines.What Success Looks Like
