Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)

Pay Rate : $1992.38 - $2195.68

The Travel RN-Home Health position in Kennesaw, GA lets you deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while enjoying a welcoming community with beautiful parks and a lively atmosphere.

In this role, you will coordinate and implement individualized care plans, travel to patient residences, and support recovery and independence. The facility is known for its commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and serves adults and seniors who need home-based nursing.

If you hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least one year of nursing experience, especially in home health or hospice, you are encouraged to apply.
