Toyota's Dealer Lending Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Dealer Lending Documentation Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare all dealer documents associated with new and existing commercial loans. Reporting to the Dealer Lending Documentation Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Documentation department's objective to ensure all Dealer loan documents are accurate and properly executed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare commercial loan documents ensuring they're completed within the allotted timeframe and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Responsible for the preparation, delivery, execution, and storage of commercial loan documents for all Toyota / Lexus and Private Label Dealers.
• Documenting commercial loan packages related to a variety of loan products including, but not limited to Real Estate, Working Capital, Revolving Lines of Credit and Wholesale.
• Perform in a fast-paced environment and accurately prepare loan documents based on all relevant information such as credit approvals, corporate formation documents, state statutes, etc., along with adhering to key Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) control functions.
• Working with cross-functional teams such as legal, sales, and operations.
