Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with therapy activities and exercises as part of their treatment plans. Under the supervision of a physical therapist, you will :

• Help improve the quality of life for patients by facilitating therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Provide, monitor, and record therapy services for patients with various impairments.
• Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities based on competency levels and patients' goals.
• Document and exchange information with the physical therapist about patients' responses to treatments.
• Follow accepted clinical guidelines and standards of practice.
• Be involved in post-acute, long-term care, and home health care interventions.
