The successful candidate will provide laboratory support to help commission workflows for projects critical to long-term company initiatives. This role involves method development, optimization, routine testing, and troubleshooting laboratory processes and equipment as needed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analytical techniques of mixed complexity and the ability to perform tasks both independently and under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
- Assist scientists with project work under varying levels of supervision.
- Support GC, GC / MS, and HPLC workflows.
- Provide technical input on ongoing projects and assist in scoping new ones.
Routine Testing
Conduct simple to complex sample analyses, from extraction to data interpretation and reporting.Prepare equipment, reagents, standards, and controls.Perform data analysis and assist in interpreting results when needed.Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.Method Development
Support the development, optimization, and qualification of new and existing analytical methods.Top Technical Skills

Must-Have Qualifications
Hands-on experience operating and maintaining chromatography instruments.Proven ability to maintain and troubleshoot general lab equipment.Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently or collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities as projects evolve.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.Open to new graduates with relevant lab coursework or internship experience.1–3+ years of laboratory experience preferred.Software & Tools
