This position is in Irvine, California and has the opportunity for hybrid work with a few days in office per week.

Ingram Micro is looking for an experienced Product Manager that can help build innovative experiences on Xvantage platform that revolutionize Ingram Micro and deliver real impact for customers worldwide. This role focuses on executing innovative solutions and contributing to products that solve real customer problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to define joint solutions, prioritize market opportunities, and bring innovative offerings to market.

You'll work closely with fast-moving teams that thrive on rapid iteration and bold ideas. We ship production-ready MVPs in weeks, not months, and measure success by customer impact. Your role :

• Execute product initiatives alongside senior product leaders, contributing to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of innovative products
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to design integrated, end-to-end solutions that address target customer needs and differentiate in the market
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions efficiently
• Support rapid prototyping and experimentation, helping validate concepts through data analysis and customer feedback
• Assist with customer research and early adopter programs, gathering insights that inform product decisions
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing fresh perspectives to team discussions
• Help maintain product roadmaps, write detailed product specifications, and track key success metrics
• Participate in user testing sessions and contribute to iterative product improvements
